the guest rooms were clean and included complimentary drinks. We also appreciated the free shuttle service available at the nearby station.
The location was a bit remote, which made it challenging to explore other nearby attractions. some staff members had difficulty communicating in English, making it challenging to get all the information we needed.

Staying at this luxurious ryokan was a dream come true. the peaceful location, away from crowds, and the exceptional service were highlights of our stay. the private onsens were heavenly and we enjoyed the wonderful spa bath immensely. the room was spacious and well, stocked with complimentary drinks, snacks, and high, quality toiletries. the elaborate multi, course Kaiseki dinner and the huge breakfast spread were both visually stunning and delicious. We felt pampered and grateful for the staff's efforts.
The only minor downside was that the hotel was slightly far from the city, but this was also the reason for its tranquility.

Loved the tranquil and serene atmosphere of this countryside retreat. It was a welcome change from the hustle and bustle of the city. The free drinks and snacks were a nice touch and appreciated. The meals were fantastic, especially the breakfast spread. And, it was nice to have outdoor baths to enjoy. The staff was quite attentive, and the shuttle service to and from the hotel was prompt.
The location was a bit too remote for our liking, and it took quite a while to get to the hotel. we found some of the amenities to be a bit dated, and it was not as luxurious as we expected.
